This page comprises of the most important process parameter. Cycle time Set  The set cycle time acts as a monitoring time for the completion of cycle. If, due to some reason, the cycle fails to complete within the set time, the machine will signal an alarm.  Actual: The time taken by the machine to complete one cycle. The set cycle time should be higher than the actual cycle time.          Cycle time - last shot                     #   The time taken by the machine to complete the previous shot. Useful for checking the effect of a change in the process parameter.         Blocking time                 #  Blocking time starts after the set cycle time expires.  Press Ejector hot key  Or Enter page number   Or Select page in page index menu  * Hydraulic ejector forward is controlled with single stage pressure and two speeds.  * Retract controls are with single pressure and single speed Ejector Forward (as per the above settings)   Hydraulic ejector is triggered when machine is at mould open-stop position.   At this position, the delay timer of 0.00 sec triggers the ejector at 160 bar pressure and a forward speed of 50%.    On reaching the trigger point 50 mm, the speed is changed to 50%.   Ejector forward movement is stopped at 160 mm.  At the forward end if multi stroking is not selected the stay forward time is actuated for the set time of 0 seconds  Ejector Retract (as per the above settings)      The ejector retracts at 25 bar pressure with 15% speed.   The same sequence is repeated once again as the ...

To select this page    Press Mould setup hot key         For mould open, 3 speeds can be set with corresponding stroke values.     For mould close, 3 speeds can be set with corresponding stroke values.     The pressure for mould closing can be set from zero to 160 bar   1. Mould moves from the fully closed position with slow speed of V1=10%  2. On reaching 25 mm, the speed increases to V2=35%   3. On reaching 180 mm, the speed decrease to V2=12%   4. The various functions of the machine are grouped together and each group is assigned an IBED page.    The IBED pages can be accessed in three ways:     By pressing the respective function keys the page can be directly accessed. However the access is limited to 10 most frequently used pages.     By clicking the ‘i’ button in the screen, an index of pages is displayed.
